“Dr. Slimer and Mr. Fred”

Just for fun, Egon had recreated the “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” formula (he doesn’t get out much), but soon after is called out on a job, leaving Slimer alone in his lab.  Fred pops in having gotten out of the Hotel Sedgewick again, and Slimer treats him to a bottle of water.  By accident, the Hyde formula falls into Fred’s bowl before he drinks it again, and it turns him into a massive dog-creature!  He escapes from the firehouse, and it’s up to Slimer to track him down and administer the antidote before he does something he’ll regret…like eat Grout.

“Supernatural Bowl!”

The Ghostbusters settle down to watch the Superbowl when a kid in a raggedy football uniform runs on the field and steals the ball and makes his own play.  Upon being confronted to get off the field, he calls his dad in…who happens to be a giant, demonic football player!  The Ghostbusters rush to the field to deal with the Sackmaster, but end up in their own football game…with Slimer as the ball!  Now they need to get him back, beat the creeps, and get the game back underway all before halftime!

“Fooled For Love!”

Belial, the King of the Underworld, gathers his minions and announces his plan to free their brethren from the bowels of the Containment Unit by duping Slimer.  He disguises himself as a Slimette and begins to carry on a flirtatious relationship with the spud, tricking him into releasing a ghost per day for “her”.  The Ghostbusters begin to catch on, and wonder if the spud has begun to show his true ghostly roots!

BLOOPER: “Dr. Slimer and Mr. Fred”
Page 5-Slimer reaches for the antitode with his right hand, but in the next panel it’s now in his left hand and he has the formula in his right.
BLOOPER: "Supernatural Bowl"
Two times during the story the Ghostbusters are called "The Real Ghostbusters".  Despite that being the name of the series and the cartoon, there's no reason for "The Real" to be a part of their name within their universe.
