“Traffic Warden Spook!”
Coming off a bust, the boys emerge to find Ecto-1 slimed and ticketed.  Apparently the occupational phantom of a traffic warden is running rampant on the midtown area.  Ray, ticked over Ecto’s defecation, leads the charge as the Ghostbusters try to punch his ticket.

“Spengler’s Spirit Guide” Part 32
Giving the lowdown on Déjà vu.  Giving the lowdown on Déjà vu.  Giving the lowdown on Déjà vu.  Wait…didn’t we already say that?

“Oz Busters!”
Dorothy, eat your heart out.  Peter wakes up in a bad rendition of the Wizard of Oz with Egon the tin man, Ray the lion and Winston the scarecrow; not to mention a horde of floating questions following him around.  He decides the only way to play out this obvious dream is to follow the yellow brick road to Oz.  It’s off to see the wizard, but with Peter’s luck he’d probably be Gozer.  Or worse: Slimer!

“Foul Weather Fiend”
Janine gets spooked by a ghost in her apartment that freezes her bathroom.  She calls the Ghostbusters who tell her the phones have been going crazy.  Apparently, this weather fiend has been going around the city and causing all sorts of strange weather wherever he's been.  Now in the form of a giant twister, the Ghostbusters have to take to the air and poke the eye of the storm in order to defeat this ghost.

“Blimey!  It’s Slimer!”
Slimer doesn’t like the dark, but he’s about to learn the light isn’t much better!
Special Features:
     Bio: Ghost Boaster.
     Slime Time! Jokes.
FYI: This issue shares its cover with NOW’s Real Ghostbusters vol. 2 #3 and Titan's This Ghost Is Toast! TPB.
FYI: “Traffic Warden Spook”
Page 3-The Ghostbusters bust a three-headed dog ghost.  Three headed dogs are most commonly associated with Cerberus from Greek Mythology.
FYI: “Traffic Warden Spook!”
Page 3-Ray was shown being overly emotional over Ecto’s slimed condition.  While many fans regard Ray as loving the car (why else would anyone pay $4800 for the pile of parts it was in the first movie?), in the animated series Ecto-1 predominantly became Winston’s main object of affection…in the healthiest car-guy sense, of course.
FYI: “Oz Busters!” is a parody of The Wizard of Oz.
The Wizard of Oz was a movie in 1939 about a Kansas farm girl named Dorothy (played by Judy Garland) who was swept away in a tornado and taken to the magical land of Oz.  There, she had to seek out the Wizard (played by Frank Morgan) in order to find a way back home while avoiding the evil Wicked Witch (played by Margaret Hamilton).
