A Convenient Parallel Dimension Book Reference Links

Lyons Press just released the book A Convenient Parallel Dimension: How Ghostbusters Slimed Us Forever, which I reviewed yesterday. In the back of the book, there are 67 pages dedicated to "Notes", which are footnotes/references to back up the information used throughout. A lot of these notes point to physical books and articles, but there are a lot that reference online resources. I thought it would be interesting to create a clickable linked copy of these Notes...

First, I am only including the references which have urls in them. All references that only point to physical books and articles are not included below. Second, almost all of the reference links to Spook Central's Ghostbusters scripts and Ghostbusters II scripts are not being included as they're rather redundant since you're already here. Third, this list may not make much sense out of context... or maybe that will make it more interesting. I can imagine someone who hasn't read the book looking at this list and thinking, "How is that used in the book?" Finally, I am including the urls "as is". There is a good chance some links may already be "broken", as the author wrote the book over the course of three years. I am not updating the links (aside from the ones that point to Spook Central), as this is meant to be exactly what is printed in the book.
