Looking for a last minute holiday gift for your video-loving family or friends? Well, let me run down a few items that have been recently released that would be perfect for members of the whole family. This is in addition to all of the items I've reviewed recently that would also make for great gifts. Let's take a quick look at these recently-released titles...

Ticket to Paradise (2022)

Smile (2022)

• SYNOPSIS: After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can't explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
• SPECIAL FEATURES: Audio Commentary - by director Parker Finn. Something's Wrong with Rose: Making Smile (29:07) - A rather detailed making of featurette. Frasier: The Complete Series (1993-2004)

• SYNOPSIS: The doctor is in! Frasier: The Complete Series includes all eleven seasons of the award-winning spinoff from Cheers. Kelsey Grammer reprises his Emmy Award-winning role as Dr. Frasier Crane, a stuffy psychiatrist turned call-in radio host who struggles to follow his own advice. • NOTES: I'm highly impressed by the way CBS put this set together. Instead of putting all 33 Blu-ray discs inside one ugly thick case with the discs stacked on top of each other, as they have done with other sets, they actually put each individual season in its own 3-disc plastic Amaray case, with all situated inside a form-fitting outer slipbox. As you can see in the photo below, it's beautiful and worthy of giving as a gift this holiday season.
