Thank you so much for these reviews!! They have really helped me along the way.
I just finished issue 12 which were parts 40/42 somewhere around there.
And I love this build!! I can’t believe how amazingly designed the parts are and the materials for most of it is solid metal.
Back a few months ago they emailed me and gave me the opportunity to speed my orders up so I ordered some extra issues in my original order.
I can’t wait to get to where your at now
Keep up the great work!!
Mike from south jersey
Thank you, Michael, for your positive feedback. I will continue these reviews for every issue until the last one. Then I plan to do a month-long daily photo diary showing the car being built bit by bit in order from Parts #1 to whatever the last one is. - Paul
Just seeing if your having any trouble getting your parts for your build. I contacted eagle moss yesterday to try and get 6 advanced issues to get ahead of my build.
They don’t have any 13,14,15
So they are shipping me 16,17 18
I’m a little worried that they have a shortage in their warehouse. I’m hoping they remember to get me my earlier issues later on.
Just wondering how you’ve been doing getting your issues?
Thank you
Mike
Hi Michael
As of right now, I have up to Issue #24 (with Parts Set #87-90). That review just went live here.
There was an delay earlier this year with getting the parts. I believe that Eaglemoss switched warehouses in March, so that may be the reason why.
I have an accelerated subscription, so I get 3 magazines with the related 12 parts set per package. A few months ago, I had actually received the next set of three before receiving the previous set of three. A month later, they sent the previous set of three, so all was good.
The only problem as a result of that, was that I had to put off my reviews because I need to do them in order. Once I had everything, I had enough new issues collected to have reviews posted for every Friday for two months!
On the positive side, the “time off” from doing the reviews fit in perfectly with some spring cleaning and house repairs I had to do at the end of May/beginning of June.
