The Happytime Murders was just released on Blu-Ray/DVD Combo Pack (reviewed here), so it's an appropriate time to take a quick look at some of the California filming locations from the movie. I'm going to do this "movie rundown" style, pointing out some of the major locations as shown from start to finish in the movie. I'm only focusing on exterior locations, as I can't guarantee that interiors were filmed at the same locations, though I suspect that some were. All locations were identified by me, Paul Rudoff, here first. Then I gave the addresses to the Internet Movie Database. I take 100% credit for all of this. Surprise, surprise. I'm writing about another mystery repack box, but this time it's not from The Fairfield Company. This one is from the MJ Holding Company, LLC (in Bedford Park, IL), and it's apparently a Walmart-exclusive. The "Wrestling Mystery Box" (not to be confused with the Fairfield box of the same name), which sells for the high price of $19.99, contains "5 factory sealed fat packs & 4 regular packs" with "hits seeded 1:4 boxes!" I've written about The Fairfield Company's Target-exclusive mystery boxes in the past. Each of these boxes, whether they be for wrestling, The Walking Dead, or something else, contains a bunch of previously-released "blind box" cards/collectibles repackaged at a cheaper price than what they were originally selling for individually a few years earlier. Depending on what you're looking to get out of these boxes, they could be a great deal, or a great disappointment.
