Ghostbusters: Afterlife On-Screen Cast Credits (SPOILER ALERT)

Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which is in theaters now (buy tickets here), has been garnering favorable reviews from Ghostheads all over the world. I was pretty positive about it in my spoiler-free review. One aspect of the movie that everyone likes is the strong cast of actors that appear in it. Who are those actors? Read on to find out, but be forewarned that THERE BE SPOILERS AHEAD...
Ghostbusters: Afterlife Music Credits & Song Purchase Links

Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which is currently taking the box office by storm (buy tickets here), will have a score album (erroneously called the "Original Motion Picture Soundtrack") released on Audio CD very soon - though it is available now digitally. This album features the music composed by Elmer Bernstein and Rob Simonsen for the film. It does not feature any of the pop songs ("needle drops") used in the film. Since there won't be a proper "soundtrack" album, what are you to do if you want all of that other music? Well, I'll provide you with links to purchase all of the songs listed in the end credits of the film.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife Spoiler-Free Movie Review

I saw Ghostbusters: Afterlife at the "world premiere" in New York City on Monday November 15, 2021 courtesy of Sony Pictures. I sat in the IMAX auditorium at the AMC Theater at Lincoln Square not only with hundreds of fans, but also with director Jason Reitman, his father and producer Ivan Reitman, and almost all of the cast and crew - including Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson. No, I wasn't sitting with them; but we were all sitting in the same room watching the film together.
My original plan was to write an article about the event, and then the following night, write this movie review. However, to properly document the event, I have to scan in some stuff and sort through photos and videos (mine, Sony's, and others), which will take me a little longer to do. So, I'm writing the movie review first, and then I'll post the review of the event (hopefully) on Thursday. I might post a more spoiler-filled movie review on the 26th, a week after the general premiere of the movie.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife - Trailer #3 (Domestic "Final") Review

With Ghostbusters: Afterlife set to be released theatrically on November 19th - which is a mere week from this Friday - we're in the home stretch of things. Undoubtedly, you've already seen several of the TV Spots on television. Sony has already given us two domestic trailers - reviewed here: Domestic Trailer #1, Domestic Trailer #2 - and a third International Trailer. Today, November 8, 2021, Sony has given us the third, and "final", domestic trailer. At a minute in length, it's more like an extended TV Spot than a trailer, but they're calling it a "trailer", so I'll consider it as such.
Before we take a look at it, let me just say SPOILER ALERT. If you've been watching all of the trailers, TV spots, and film clips that Sony has been releasing, then there won't be too much here you haven't already seen. Though one thing near the end is a bit of a spoiler, even though it's been common knowledge for the past two years already. Simply put, if you're trying to avoid even the most minor of spoilers, SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER/MOBILE DEVICES AND TURN OFF YOUR TELEVISION UNTIL AFTER NOVEMBER 19TH!!! Direct your displeasure towards Ghost Corps and Sony, not me. I didn't release these videos.
UPDATE - If you don't want a single thing spoiled for you, then let me reiterate my statement that you SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER/MOBILE DEVICES AND TURN OFF YOUR TELEVISION UNTIL AFTER NOVEMBER 19TH!!! During the Monday November 8, 2021 episode of WWE RAW on USA Network, at 10:48 PM Eastern, they aired a 15-second version of this new "Final Trailer" as a TV Spot. (You can watch it here.) It includes the shots and audio at the end, which some would consider a spoiler, even though Hasbro's toys "spoiled" this revelation months ago. Unlike this article and the other official stuff that I've reported on, there's no "spoiler alert" preceding the ad on television! Unless you immediately grab the remote and change the channel, or shut off the TV/device, you ARE going to see and hear it.
Now let's take a look at the "final" domestic trailer...

A Tale of Two Different Boxes for Hasbro's Ghostbusters: Afterlife Ecto-1 Playset

Hasbro recently released the Ghostbusters: Afterlife Ecto-1 Playset, which I reviewed last month. You may have heard, or even noticed yourself, that the toy comes in two slightly different boxes. Both boxes have an illustration of Phoebe in the new Ecto-1's gunner seat. The difference is that she is wearing a different outfit on each box. One box has her wearing a Ghostbusters uniform/jumpsuit/flightsuit. The other has her wearing blue clothing/overalls/coveralls. Why is that the case? Read on to find out more...
