Aetna OTC & Healthy Food Extra Benefits / Rewards Program - 2026 Information

Image

For the past few years, I have been documenting the results of my tests with Aetna's OTC & Healthy Food Extra Benefits card, as well as Aetna's Rewards program. As of 2026, the two programs are essentially one and the same, so I thought I should write one (possibly) final article about both. Read on to find out more...

eBay Bad Seller Alert - Brian West (cottoncatfish)

Image

This is another in a series of articles about eBay, who covers up the deceitful business practices of its sellers, while turning its feedback system into an utter joke. I will do my best to inform the public about eBay's scummy practices and the bad sellers that operate on the platform, so other buyers can avoid them. The bad seller I will be writing about today is Brian West of La Vergne, Tennessee, operating under the eBay ID: cottoncatfish

Aetna Forces Members To Use Liberty Dental; Has So Many Restrictions It Barely Counts As Insurance

Image

This is the latest in a series of articles about the dental hassles that I have had to go through due to being poor, and thus not being able to afford proper dental insurance. It was never meant to be a series of articles, but I have had to endure so much bullshit, which I felt needed to be documented, that it's now become an ongoing series. I really hope that at some point an insurance company and dentist will take pity on me and finally put me in a situation where I'll be set for life and I won't have to continue dealing with this over and over again. Why You Should Never Use A Physical Burger King Gift Card In The App

Image

After years of sending feedback to Burger King's base-level (and useless) customer service, and posting it on this site back in 2020 and 2022, last month I finally found a way to get my feedback through to the appropriate party at Restaurant Brands International (RBI), parent company of Burger King. After e-mailing president Tom Curtis (tom@whopper.com), my message was forwarded to Preston Nix, the lead of the Royal Perks loyalty program in the restaurant's app.

To thank me for all of my feedback (I gathered up everything I originally sent to the "black hole" base-level customer service, and added new feedback), Preston sent me a Burger King fanny pack and $100 in gift cards (four physical $25 cards). I have been putting the gift cards to good use over the past few weeks, and as a result, I have learned why you should NEVER use a physical Burger King gift card in the app. Read on to find out more...

UPS Sends Import Fee Bill For eBay Item A Week After Delivery

Image

Although the eBay logo is at top, and I am adding this to my series of articles about eBay, the fault for the matter also lies in the hands of UPS. In regards to "import fees", both are equally responsible in never informing buyers of how much they would be expected to pay, when they would be asked to pay it, and how they would be asked to pay it. I felt that I should document what I went through as a public service to others. Read on to find out more...

Tripp Lite Internet750U Review + Newegg & Eaton Plug Deceit

Image

I use three Battery Backup UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units in my house for all of my electronics, such as my computer and accessories, and my two televisions and related components. For many years, I had three CyberPower EC850LCD units, but after owning six of them (three and then three replacements), and having them all fail, I felt that it was time to buy from a different manufacturer. The most recent CyberPower EC850LCD units I owned cost me $80 each from Newegg.com back in 2020, and I wanted to find similarly-shaped, similarly-powered 12-outlet units that were in the same price range. After browsing Newegg's Battery Backup (UPS) section, it seemed like three of Tripp Lite's INTERNET750U units, priced at $130 each, would be ideal replacements. Read on to find out why my purchase was anything but ideal...
